My consultation with Dr. Jyoti. B. Sharma was an excellent one. She was very good and approachable. I am extremely satisfied with her treatment. But I am not happy with the hospitality and management. Because of the tough formalities and long waiting period. The online appointments make no difference in the waiting period. On should register again in the reception and follow the token system to consult the doctor. They should take care of the appointments wisely and reduce the waiting time for a better experience.

She has checked all reports and MRI with great patients and delt me very friendly. She advised minimum medicine and explain nicely everything. She has spared enough time to analyse the report and to explain the problem.

I strongly recommend her.

I took appointment at fortis to see her and my appt time was 3:45. She went off when i reached hospital and was told she is on rounds. How come you have rounds in between of opd and if thats the case you should not give

I took appointment at fortis to see her and my appt time was 3:45. She went off when i reached hospital and was told she is on rounds. How come you have rounds in between of opd and if thats the case you should not give that slot. Later her assistant told i called you yesterday about appointment issue but you didnt picked up. I dont understand if you can book appointment via portal why cant you cancel them and send messages as its not possible reciebe every call. Then her assistant told that she is in icu. Then were they aware a day before that they will get icu patients tommorow. On a previous appointment i was told same story and i myself saw her coming from lunch break. How one can be so insenstive about one’s life. I was taking treatment from her and once i got migraine attack and was in fortis noida emergency. She did not even bothered to come and see me. I was her patient but still. I waited whole week for this appointment , took half day from office , spend 350 on ola to reach. Was suffering from severe migraines and was frequently visiting emergency and on top of all this i got this. I m highly dissatisifed from this behaviour of her towards patients. I cancelled my appointment and asked money back and will never visit or recommend.
