I was the second last patient yesterday. The appointment went well, doctor explained the issue in detail. He answered all my questions as well and the visit was value for money! I only have one question, the doctor used the same camera for my throat, ear and nose! If he uses the same camera for everyone’s throat... is the material safe that is being used to sanitise the instrument after every use? (I think every patient has the same dilemma after visit)... We all are very afraid of Coronavirus!!

It is necessary to share to let others know and that is why, i felt to share. Doctor has a friendly disposition and is quick in understanding the issue. He has the confidence in understanding and dealing with the issue. I visited for slight throat problem due to acidic reflux and feeling quite good after consulting doctor Gupta. Felt like he has a genuine approach towards advising the patient and most importantly, he is not interested to make you visit again and again. Thanks.

I was having ear pain, i went to him and immediately he told me i am having thraot infection, checked me with his instruments and gave me some medicines which i took for next 6 days *** * *** ********* ***** i am very much satisfied with his fast response and treatment. Since i dont belong to noida, yet after visiting him, i have faith that good doctors still exist.

He was very friendly and very much clear with his words.

Hi, I visited doctor couple of weeks ago..i had a issue of allergy from last 4 months due to which my nose was totally blocked or sometime i sneezed atleast 70-80 a day. I checked with3 doctor before that nothing suited me..but this doctor got the issue .treated it well..n in next 5 days I was 80% fine with just 2 medicine a day .n now m fully recovered. Thank you so much Doc 😊

Overall i would say it was not a good or bad experience but what i would like to share here is when you decide to go and meet a doctor you expect a result and satisfaction which was lack in my case.

I consulted the doctor and it took him only less than a minute to examine and prescribe the medicine. I followed his course of medicine he prescribed. I saw little bit of effect it wasn't satisfactory at all.

My pain and itching started again and why i am not consulting him again because i don't find him value for money or result oriented.

"I felt the treatment is too expensive.\nI had gone for ear wax detection and removal. \n\nI paid Rs. 500 for a less than 5 mins discussion with the doctor. He called me for the follow-up visit 4 days later after putting the ear drops for 3-4 days. Now I will need to pay 500 again, since the prescription is valid only for 3 days. So overall looks like I will need to pay Rs 1000 for getting ear wax removed and cleaned. This definitely looks to me on the quite higher side.\n\nThe doctor should keep the prescription valid for 1 week at least OR for 2-3 visits.

I usually do not give reviews for doctors ******* * ******* **** ** *** **** *** ***** *** **** ** ******* **** *** ********* ** *** ******** however for Dr gupta I really wanted to candidly share the bad experience I had. I showed doctor for dizziness and considering I was experiencing it from last 6 months, had to explain him the history. the doctor was nt very patient in listening and what shocked me was the fact that he showed me board written "consultation time 5 to 7 min". now, if a patient has a history and wants to explain the problem, should I cut down to 5 min and not tell my complete problem because doctor is short of time??? n when I took around 12 mins of his, he said what u won't expect to hear from a doctor - "madam, itni der mein toh main 2-3 pateint dekh leta, jitna time aapne liya hai". I was enormously shocked with this unprofessionalism. I am extremely sorry to write this but active listening and good behaviour * * ***** ****** ** * ****** *** kind of missing in Dr gupta. hope he removes that board in his clinic and focuses more on patients than on time.

Doctor shown me the problem on display which i doesn't have. I told him that due to big tonsil sometime food particles got stuck on my throat. He told me that it's puss and recommend me two type of gargles and some more medicines. After that throat condition become more worsen. In the follow-up visit he told me get admitted in the hospital for 2 days ***** ****** *********

Dr JK Gupta is by far one the finest doctors in Noida 7x. His medicines and advise cured me of the deadly covid19 in a matter of 12 days. He knowledge and method of treatment is unquestionable. Thanks is a small thing that i can say to you doctor... ThankYou.

Visited for obstruction between nose and throat.Had visited another EnT before but there was no clarity about the problem and endoscopy was recommended, which I did not go through with.Visited Dr. Gupta for a second opinion and he instantly knew what was wrong and put us ease by explaining what it is and how to cure it.His expertise reflects in his interactions. Would definitly recommend.
