We contacted Dr. S K Pandita sir through a reference of one of my cousin. We already knew from the past experience of two of my aunt and uncle's surgery conducted by Pandita Sir. The first time we contacted him, he asked to send the reports and he reviewed it before being concerned about his fees. Later once we met him, we realised the fact of why people praise him alot. He is such a generous and a person with big heart and magical hands. He is soo much approachable for any concerns to address. He listens peacefully all the queries and gives genuine opinions for the benefit of the patient. He explained on the issue we had, very precisely and while talking to him even he made us so comfortable and kept us calm during the whole process of removal of gallbladder due to multiple polyps diagnosed. His words gives hopes in a very positive manner and his existence gives a nice vibes for anyone to ease the pressure of having to go through such a challenging situation. He is so kind and helpful that words can not define his dedication to his profession. From my limited interaction with him I have observed that Dr. Pandita as a surgeon is full of life and provides immense moral support to his patients which I feel extremely essential before any major surgery. Dr. Pandita takes full responsibility of the patient; he personally intervened when there was slight delay in shifting patients from recovery room to cabin.
