Really appreciate Dr. Dipankar for his support, I consulted him for my mother in-law's severe headache and eye irritation over video call. He diagnosed her for Herpes zooster and immediately started her medication and was always available via messages whenever I had any queries. doctor is unwilling to understand the issue and unnecessary emphasizing it's stye. instead of cold compress, advised for warm compress on eye, which made the issue worse

I went to him for my father's cataract surgery and he left us extremely satisfied. Not only did he explained all the issues very patiently and in a detailed manner, his friendliness also built our faith in him. He even personally dropped us to our home after the procedure, which was a very humane gesture and a sign that he doesn't treat his patients like customers.
