I booked an appointment with Dr D K Gupta. appointment confirmed by the hospital. And when I reached there the doctor was not available. I was asked to consult any other doctor. At last doctor didn't attend appointment.

I booked an appointment with Dr D K Gupta. appointment confirmed by the hospital. And when I reached there the doctor was not available. I was asked to consult any other doctor. At last doctor didn't attend appointment. I consulted with other doctor since I was not having any other option. I have faced this kind of situation most of the time in Felix hospital. I thought the online appointment would have a different experience but no matter how you take an appointment their rule is simply take an appointment with the doctor of your choice and come to the hospital, once you are in hospital they will ask you to consult with any other doctor, and now chances are high that you will consult with other doctor as you might be in urgency. If you want to cancel appointments it is not easy, and don't ever pay in advance to book an appointment with Felix hospital. If possible don't go to Felix hospital.
