I have taken appointment for wife for Gynaecology Normal check up concern and visited the hospital. Doctor *** **** *** did the complete check for my wife and after that she has prescribed for some tests and medicines was given for her. We are 90% satisfied with this doctor and there was wait time in hospital, we had to wait for 40 to 50mins for our appointment time. Dr Chitra is excellent, patient and very understanding. She cứan able to guide us well. Her excellent awareness of our anxieties was really good

She might be a great doctor but empathy wise, she is a zero. I went to her with a difficult fibroid case wherein there is a huge risk of losing my uterus and she was like "life is more than that dear. Even without uterus, you will be fine. She gave me a contraceptive and went on talking about the "law of attraction, and how with you mental strength, you can defeat it and the fibroid can shrink.* **** * ******** *****. ** * **** ** ****** ** ******* **** ** *** ******* *** *** **** ** *** ******* ***** *** ******* *********** **** **** ** ***** ** ****. Moreover, she didn't even say she would do everything in her power to ensure that the surgery goes well. She was like, you can still live without your "uterus". **** * **** ** * ******.

I am in my second trimester and have been going to Dr Chitra since the start of the first trimester. She was always curt, to the point, and refused to give her number in case of emergencies. She said go to the hospital in case the situation arises. This is the first time I have seen a gynaecologist refusing to share her number knowing fully well that pregnant women have tons of questions and several mini emergencies which may not actually be an emergency but the women just want an assurance that all is well.
