We have been consulting with Dr. Amita Manchanda for a few months now and are extremely happy and satisfied with her advice and medication. We went to her because my older son (12 YO) was down with acute wheezing (asthma) and with each change of season (particularly when the Delhi air quality starts to worsen come September!), his wheezing plus skin rash would aggravate. In a matter of few weeks, we were able to successfully wean him off his allopathic inhalers (including a steroid based one) and he is doing extremely well. He doesn’t miss out on school or soccer which is the love of his life! Homeopathy is akin to efficacious practices like yoga and meditation which address the problem from its ‘root’ without subjecting the subject to excessively harsh medication (which does provide instant relief, but ultimately does more harm than good to the anatomy!). We are very happy with the outcome. I’d encourage more and more parents to give homeopathy a try for their children. Even my 12 YO son who was extremely reluctant initially about homeopathy is now convinced about its subtle but powerful effect. Even the ‘dos and donts’ (such as no processed food) that homeopathy prescribes only encourages clean eating and ultimate well being.
