Dear Himanshu. We apologise for the inconvinience caused to you. We would like to inform that we tried contacting you quite a number of times but unfortunately your number was mostly unreachable. About the procedure you had undergone, it was a surgical mucocoele removal and not a cyst removal. Our surgeon had removed it in the best possible method . Unfortunately the hospital that you had visited might not know about your condition th as they had never seen it. Hence the unprofessional and unethical comment on a fellow collegue. None the less , we feel bad that you had to go through such an experience . We hope you would come visit us for a follow checkup.
