I visted the clinic for my depression and anxiety problem, I have been taking the therapies from last 3 months,he is very friendly and has helped me to overcome social anxiety, before meeting him I don't want to intreact with many people and get anxious in the social gatherings and was not able to make friends in college ,now I am somewhat comfortable with meeting new people,

I was in severe depression and was not able to sleep properly with his help and guidance, I am overcoming the negative thinking patterns,overthinking and anxiety.

Earlier three months back I was not doing anything, even avoiding the daily activities and was not going to college with his help I have regained my intreast back again in my college and personal life.

The doctor is fine. I only met her once and she seemed to be knowledgable and good at what she does. Only reason I am giving a lower rating is the follow up. I was asked to get a descriptive examination done from some clinical psychologist. However, when I asked for some suggestion of where to go, I got no answers. So, I basically have to now google clinical psychologists and call each one to check if they are eligible to do descriptive tests. I would have hoped of a doctor working in the field would at least have a few suggestions. I hope this can be improved. Cheers.

I met with Dr. Farooqui for depression and anxiety issues. In his introduction session he listened to my problems with all his attention and make a note of all the problems I was facing, by the end of the session he gave me an assignment to come t with positive and negative things that I think are in me with examples to the next session. Also apart from this time if I have ever felt these symptoms even for days.

From next session with these thing we started working on my problems. He did took some relaxation session and taught me how to do them on my own. Now I am feeling much better. Still a long way to go, but from where I was I can say that I have covered a long distance with Dr. Farooqui to work on my mental health from where I was when I first met him.

He takes keen interest in his patients and has various tools to his disposal which can make a crucial difference in their treatment. I have been going to Dr Farooqui since 6 months now. He is professional, non judgemental and very friendly. He is easy to talk to and talking to him made me realize some deep rooted problems. He gives practical solutions. I never thought I will be able to make it. But he helped me come out of depression. He listens to you patiently and lets you vent out. This review is for the people who are struggling to deal with life and it's everyday challenges. I know Dr. Farooqui from past 5 years. Time to time, various members of my family had taken therapy from Dr. Farooqui for different reasons and ** ***** *** **** ***** ** *** ****** The therapies were taken for post traumatic disorders (PTSD) , post partum depression, anxiety, general depression, isolation, suicidal tendencies etc. You can imagine the variety of phases our life had gone through in those years. But, thankfully, we got success in each kind of therapy given by Dr. Farooqui. I have suggested him to my colleagues who have been immensely benefitted by him.

I want to specify here 'a mantra' which you have to remember if you want optimum benefit from his therapy. It is that you have to just follow his advice 'fully', without giving a second thought. The problem with our generation is that we ask too many questions and try to find logic in everything.

But, logic doesn't work everywhere. Moreover, Dr. Farooqui has more than 25 years of experience in the field and he gives tailor-made suggestions to everyone. So don't think about it just follow it. All the best to your 'happy and healthy self' again 💐💐

I have invested in unprofessional consultation my time and money my 1k hard earn money on her. She didn't address problem properly nether tried to discuss it in detailed. I didn't get any consultation from her exept saying VISIT MY CLINIC AMD IT WILL TAKE 10 DAYS. ********* **** *** *** **** *** ****** ************ ** ******* ***** ***** ********** PATHETIC EXPERIENCE DON'T NO VALUE OF MONEY
