I went to see him on 9 Nov 2017 at Kailash. My wife's thyroid reports were not normal and it was the first instance.
Obviously we had no clue what these reports meant. We immediately rushed to Kailash and I asked the OPD receptionist to book an appointment with a Sr. Endocrinologist, she referred Mr. Keshav Kumar Singh.
We waited 1 and a half hours during which he saw around 10 patients. When we entered inside, we showed him the reports, he did not discuss anything with us, did not educate us what these reports meant, just wrote some medicines on the prescription and told us to come after one month.
My wife and I had several questions to ask, when we started asking our queries he started looking at his watch and before he could even answer one or two queries he called the next patient in, due to which we had to leave.
I won't suggest anyone.
