Endocrine Care

I have taken consultation from Dr. Keshav Kr Singh for a year or so. With multiple visits made to his clinic, I have some repeated observations:

1. He is always short of the time and hardly gives any time to hear patients on their concerns and for him, it seems the patients are just a number.

2. He hardly advises on healthy diet and appropriate exercise to remain fit and keeps trying new medicines on every visit. In lieu of that, there is a printed pager given to the patient containing the type of foods/meal to consume. However, this needs thorough discussion with the doctor.

3. He is usually late in his clinic and patients need to wait for a longer time.

I do not recommend him at all.

From last few months my parents were visiting him for the treatment of their diabetes. ** ***** *** ******* ****** ***** *** *** **** *** **********. He always use to be in hurry and found him irritating if you ask any question. Not recommended at all!!!

Doctor explained in detail all the health issues related to Diabetes Management and also shared a diet plan.

I went to see him on 9 Nov 2017 at Kailash. My wife's thyroid reports were not normal and it was the first instance.

Obviously we had no clue what these reports meant. We immediately rushed to Kailash and I asked the OPD receptionist to book an appointment with a Sr. Endocrinologist, she referred Mr. Keshav Kumar Singh.

We waited 1 and a half hours during which he saw around 10 patients. When we entered inside, we showed him the reports, he did not discuss anything with us, did not educate us what these reports meant, just wrote some medicines on the prescription and told us to come after one month.

My wife and I had several questions to ask, when we started asking our queries he started looking at his watch and before he could even answer one or two queries he called the next patient in, due to which we had to leave.

I won't suggest anyone.

Don't even consider him in your list.

Even after taking the prior appointment waiting time was quite long. But in first meeting doctor seems to be good. With the passage of time I would come to know how much he could understand my problem and how much his treatment is controlling my diabetes.

Dr Keshav explained medical situation in simple language and suggested how to deal with situation in easy way, He suggested only minimum tests which are required for further investigation. Overall experience helped a lot to reduce the anxiety in our mind.

Very bad as he does not reply on the lab reports for last 15 days.Also doesn't concern about patient's.Regularly following with him but doesn't response.

Friendly doctor. Explains the situation in a understandable way. Fully satisfied with the treatment that my parents are receiving.
