It’s hard to form a connection with a psychologist especially when you feel that they’re not listening to you but trying to enforce their ways/ beliefs on you, with Ms. Aadya Chopra I was pleasantly surprised when she was not only lending me an empathetic ear but also giving me the space to open up in my own time. I have found that the space she creates for you to talk is very safe and warm and the few sessions I attended with her have really helped me bring awareness to the problems I have been avoiding. She is one of the few psychologists I know who truly understands the struggles that young women face in a society that is deep rooted in patriarchy, and doesn’t gaslight you by saying ‘it’s all in the mind’. I would recommend everyone to attend Ms. Chopra’s sessions because she is truly phenomenal and a very warm person.

I would like to recommend Ms. Aadya to anyone looking for a friendly, professional therapist who provides great insights and an empathetic ear to express ones feelings. Her art therapy sessions also provide a very different, creative outlet for people to be able to express themselves in a non-verbal way, and realise hidden things that might not have appeared or been revealed in just talking to someone.
