Neha Sachdev has achieved a Double Master's in Counselling Psychology. She started her career as a Parenting/ Teacher Coach cum Counsellor. She has facilitated various workshops on Parenting, Adolescents and Sex Education in schools. She has also led a Teacher Training project for Schools in Ahmedabad. She also has UAE experience in her pockets, where she was a high school student counsellor. She builds compassionate connections with teens and guides their unsettled confusion with great understanding and confidentiality. So when I met Dr. Neha I was teething over some pain. Post discovery the explanation was that it was related to an old nerve getting messages from the past years as I hadn't broadened each experience sufficiently. This was also creating challenge on the current score of reward, happiness and excitement. My repeat number of cool sessions with Dr. Neha put me ahead of the set of questions, diagnosed years of pushed, surpressed pressures and fear of judgement.
