I would rate Mr Vijay very high on flexibility, friendliness, being down to earth, putting the person at ease and on the counseling itself, it was a very relatable and a joint exercise with practical and workable solutions. Appears to have a lot of experience in working with a variety of such problems and getting to the root of the problem quickly and giving simple yet practical advice.
I have depression and please tell me how can i get rid from it with which I have lost interest in everything such as study, work etc.
