I was in search of a therapist since last few years but was always hesitant to go for one even when I knew I needed one. This time I knew I had to go to one before my mental health detoriates more and I chose not to run away from it but face it. I am extremely happy and grateful that I chose to go with Inderpreet ma'am. From the first session itself ma'am made me comfortable and the fact is she doesn't judge at all instead she'll help us figure out the problem areas and gradually help us work on it. Few sessions down the line I am content with how things have worked out for me. I really liked that she's also helping me wean off therapy gradually as now I am doing well. The only regret I have is it took me years to seek therapy because I felt i wasn't ready and used to feel how will someone understand me or how can a therapist help me when the problems are mine and not theirs. Now here I am happy and extremely satisfied and I am glad I made the right choice. I am truly grateful to ma'am for helping me bring the changes in me which today not only helps me but has improved my relationship with everyone around me. I didn't expect I'll see such changes in me. Thank you so much ma'am ❤️❤️❤️

I remember visiting Inderpreet's clinic back in December 2023. I remember being so lost and having an pessimistic attitude towards life. I had officially given up and fell into a deep well of self harm and suicidal thoughts. In just a matter of three months, Inderpreet was able to turn it around for me. She really helped me with my intrusive thoughts, self esteem and depression. There has been situations where my anxiety just wasn't getting solved and she helped me a lot with it. She even arranged a session with me in my desperate times. She has been an overall supportive friend along side a professional and I feel like a much better person. She has taught me to look at the positive side of life and to give it another chance. She has truly helped me through techniques, tests and analysis about my personality to make myself understand and love myself more. I believe Inderpreet's clinic is the right place to go to if you feel you have lost hope in life. She has helped me and will help you as well. She has been a very wonderful person to me. I approached her her basically for my anxiety issues. She can change the way you think of yourselves. It has helped me a lot overcome my anxiety issues. She has shown me another perspective of my own self, which we most of the times neglect. I had a therapy session online due to the covid crisis. Even though the session was online I could experience a lot more of me me changing. I merely had 3-4 sessions with her. Now I don't think I would be needing her very soon. It's been great taking therapy sessions from Ms Inderpreet.
