Very first day Dr. Vivek Kakkar discussed with me in depth of the root cause behind the stress I had gone through nd which in turn is the basic reason for the pain. He made me aware of simple mental technique and small strengthening exercises because of which I could start lifting my hand up to 120deg on the very first day. With his therapatic techniques I could reach up to 180deg on the second day with some pain. But on continuous third day treatment I could raise my left hand beyond 180deg and without any pain.

He has suggested strengthening exercises which are to be followed for next 8days and asked to meet after that.

Dr Komal Kakkar very patiently explains the matter very clearly such that the patient is well aware of what is happening. I have just completed 2 sessions with the Dr. I am going through multiple problems along with neck and hand pain. I liked the holistic approach towards solving the problem. I liked the concept of alignment of body,mind and soul.

In addition to this ..provision to see the nutritionist is a bonus in this therapy centre. Various traditional methods are used by well trained assistant for the relief of the patients.

Most importantly Dr. Vivek himself examine and explains the cause and treatment for the problem very nicely. Which builds confidence and comfort between patient and doctor.

I intend to continue my treatment and hoping to get 100% results.
