Dr. Udeshi began her career as a lecturer and later went into research. “I worked in an international research unit in Pune. I was so much into the subject, that after post graduation I did my M Phil and stood first in Maharashtra. Then I went on to do my Ph.D. I worked with Lilavati Hospital in their catering department and after that there were a lot of offers from pharmaceutical companies since nutrition as a subject was picking up.” Besides this, Dr. Udeshi also worked on the nutritional aspect of recipes for books with celeb chef Sanjeev Kapoor. What is encouraging, according to Dr. Udeshi is that the Indian traditional diet is good. “What I have understood is that the science of food should not change - the poetry should not be lost. Food is very interesting – one should work at making things better without making a diet boring.” With her family’s encouragement all aspects of food became interesting.” My kitchen became my laboratory and I experimented a lot with food.” Now as a dietician, her role is, at times, more that of a counselor. “It is very important to encourage clients to change their lifestyle and adopt healthy food habits. The traditional Indian diet consists of healthy food. We have hot breakfasts which are good for the system. With new research there is so much more to study and my aim now is to study molecular nutrition

I and my husband visited doctor 2 years ago for loosing weight to stay fit. She suggested us very simple diet plan which is easy to prepare and follow. We lost weight and inches in a healthy way. She also suggested us how to maintain weight when going on trips. My husband who is found to be Insulin resistance is now fit and fine.
I first of all wants to thanks Dr Udeshi from bottom my heart as due to her treatment I am done with my 20 year old allergy.
Now I can eat anything and any where. Previously I have to take Allegra 180 mg tablets twice or thrice a week or may be more to control my allergy.
But now I am free of the allergy and can eat anything.
Because of her treatments other things like B12, D3, Magnesium and Thyroid, cholesterol there levels were low , now all the above are in normal and I am having normal diet.
Also I got bonus thing my weight also got reduced which I was trying to reduce from last 3-4 yeas.
I want to thank again Dr Udeshk for all the above.
