This is my third time visit with the doctor. Dr. Sonal is very polite, keen to understand patients problem. First she listens, understands the patients issues, also checked in detail the patients condition, problem, medical history and reports. Thereafter explained the issue to the patients in simple language. Also advised and explained the treatment, side effects and procedure to be followed and next process after completion of the treatment. Usually no doctor dies that. I have diagnosed with atopic dermatitis, suffering from last 3 yrs and hair fall. Dr. Sonal have given me trust that it will cure, that is the best thing to have the faith on the Doc. Further Doctor advised that it will take time, you need follow the treatment with lots of patience. Before consulting her, I have visited best dermatologist of the Navi Mumbai for the same issue, but after three visit with her, i have observed drastic improvement in my skin. In her profession, patients health and recovery is utmost important to Dr. Sonal. Very genuine doctor. The clinic is very well equipped , neat & clean & hygiene. the staff is also polite and friendly. still my health problem will take time to fully recovered, the treatment is going on. There are more seating to go, meantime my skin condition is recovering. Hope for the best, my problems will fully resolve.
