I am very happy with my treatment allahamdullilah , i was diagnosed with thyroid and it was very high i was very scared but within a month i got very good result and my thyroid is in control now and i am very happy with the results and very blessed to have a doctor like Dr. shivangi, the staff was very good nameera was very polite and dhanashree at the reception was very welcoming and humble and very soft spoken over all i like the staff and the clinic and i am very happy with Dr. Shivangi that my thyroid is in under control.

The doctor helps understand the issue and also looks into the core of the issue. Instead of just changing the thyroid medicine she got detailed reports done which also underlined various different issues. Gald to get in touch with her and she is very friendly too. Also the staff is corporative and responsive..

I visited the doctor in october to get help regarding my weight loss issues. I suffer from hypothyroidism. I had shared my then recent blood test with her along with usg reports. My TSH was 6.2. She increased my eltroxine dosage from 50 mg directly to 125 mg. **** *** * *** **** *** * *** ** *** ***** ** ****** **** * ******** *** ******* ******* *** ****** ** *** *********** ******* ** ****. * *** ******** ******** ********** **** ****** *** ******* ******* ** ******** In my second visit in November, she was very casual about the results, told my periods are not delayed because of this, the tsh level is okay it happens.(I have history of getting regular periods), ****** *** **** **** **** She suggested a course of medicine to bring periods.

After visiting her and seeing her reaction, I lost trust in her suggestions, and consequently had to go to 3 specialists for opinion after that. *** **** ******* ** **** *** **** **** ****** *** ************ ** ** ******* *** ****** ***** *** * *** ** **** **** ** *** **** ****** *** *** *** ******* ** ******** **** **** * ****** ***** * **** *** ** ******** ********* **** ****** **** ****** ** ***** **** ** ******* *** ** ******** **** **** ****** ** *** ***** ** *** ***** ** ***** ***** * ****** ***** ** **** ** **** ***** *** ***** ********** *** *** ********* ****** ************** *** ******* ** **** ** * ***** *** *** ********** *** ***** ** ** *****

Even the communication with doctor is not in a streamlined way. If I have any concerns or doubts, I have to share with her assistants, and they tell to take an appointment for small doubts, or just take long time to deliver my queries to her and get reply. Considering her fees, and advice I have received, and the things I am going through, in my opinion, I will not recommend going to this doctor to anyone seeking advice for thyroid issues or anything remotely related to it. I have learnt my lesson the hard way and I sincerely hope no one goes through what I'm going ******* **** ** ******** *** **** *** ******

Dr. Shivangi was very empathetic and answers to every query patiently. I'm satisfied with the consultation and would recommend to patients with thyroid related problems.

Had consulted Dr shivangi singh for fluctuating sugar levels she is very kind and understanding she understands the problem and listen every issue very patiently and give better advice and diet she is very good doctor if you have any issues related your health I refer Dr shivangi singh and the clinic is also nice and clean and the staff is also very helpful and kind ..

The doctor does deep diagnosis of health issue, assessment of medical history, multiple heath parameters scrutinized, offers specialized medical treatment and besides recommends measures to stay fit.

First of all , There is no space to sit for attendant of the patient . This is extremely crucial for aged or disabled patients. We understand that there are some restrictions due to covid. But this in no way means that the doctor does not allow the patients attendant to sit on the chair while the doctor is checking the patient , even when there are no other patients in waiting .

The staff was extremely rude . There was no coordination between the doctor and the staff. One staff person asked me to wait near the reception while she brings balance amount. While after 2 mins , the doctor shouts and asks me to leave the premises . This is complete humiliation

One should never treat patients or attendants or for that matter anyone like this .

I too am from a family of doctors , but have never witnessed such behaviour . Extremely disappointed

I had visited many gynaecologist over my pcod problems and weight gain...Recently a friend recommended me to meet an endocrinologist and that's when I visited practo an came across Dr.Shivangi Singh...Sheis quite friendly and listens to your problems carefully... Detects quickly what is wrong and starts with the medicines. She understands her patients and boosts their confidence.. Its just my second visit though but some how there is a positive vibe of my problems being solved. Her clinic is beautiful too... :)
