the clinic receptionist is going to test your patience and ecen though you have booked an appointment, she will make you wait for unnecessarily, rude and has no consideration for the patients at all. I would suggest the doctor hire a better receptionist who can compliment how good the doctor is.the doctor is perfect and I have been visiting her for over 6 years now for multiple issues. she is basically my go to dermatologist who prescribes very minimal but effective treatment.

I have been to couple of dermatologist in the past couple of years but i can 200% vote for Dr Renu. She is everything what I needed - compassionate, caring, great ears to listen to patient issues, she made me feel so comfortable that i will continue with her for my other hair related issues as well. Kudos to the front office staff also. A clear reflection of their Dr madam. Very humble and nice people. No rush, no drama, no attitude vibes you will not find anything of this sort here. People here genuinely wants to treat patients. Highly recommend Dr Renu's clinic to everyone
