I consulted ma'am online for my problem of dry eyes. I had been to a few ophthalmologists before but they would not even listen when I told them that the treatments prescribed by them were not working even after following them for 5-6 months. This is for the first time someone has listened to me and suggested alternative options. She is also very patient and I never felt rushed. Overall I am very much satisfied with the consultation and what I liked most was that she was willing to listen to me and understand my problem.
