Doctor Prema helped me during childbirth! She reminded me the correct breathing method during labour and helped me with labour positions. Thanks to her guidance, I could have a natural delivery without taking epidural!!She is very friendly and doesn't rush you.. She patiently listens to you and suggests effective exercises for your pre natal and post natal problems.. A big thumbs up to you Dr.!!
