Having been brought up in a small agricultural town of Central India, he completed his early education from Government schools. He was offered the free government seats for his Graduation and Post-graduation at Government medical college, Jabalpur. He undertook his Super specialty training from Grant Medical College in Mumbai in the year 2003 and is specialized in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
He went on to practice Micro-vascular and Hand surgery in India’s premier free standing Plastic surgery Ganga Hospital in Coimbatore for over a year when he realized his interest in Artistic Plastic Surgery namely Cosmetic surgery. He then refined his skills in the Aesthetic Surgery field, developing great experience in breast surgery, liposuction, face surgery and body contouring techniques. He started working at The Cosmetic Surgery Institute in 2005 and he has been a Consultant Cosmetic Surgeon since then.
He is passionate about the Cosmetic aspects of reconstructive surgery which includes Cleft lip nose surgery, Facial palsy reconstruction, Implant based breast reconstruction surgery, Scar management to remove the stigma of surgery/ injury and also Hand surgery.
