I was born with extra blood tissue on my upper lip, though I was blessed with Amazing features on face, a small reddish swell was on corner of upper lip and with time it grew. I throughout my childhood and teenage got bullied for that bulge though it was very beautiful and not at all painful. I checked with few doctors and I got negative feedback that my face will loose the charm, I'll get cuts and scars on upper lip and one of the doctor even said this can be a cancer Tumor.
