Dr. Anupama Yadav Iyer

I used to suffer from Digestion problems & I was not able to gain weight. Even after gaining some weight, I used to lose the weight again. I also suffered from cold and found difficult to even speak.

Since I came to Dr. Anupama, I have now recovered from the cold, and now speak freely. I have now understood how not to fall back after gaining weight. I am giving Dr. Anupama 8 stars out of 10 because I still need to reach my target weight.

Dr. Anupama's counselling was excellent. I would definitely recommend her.

I came on 12 Apr. with problem of obesity and irregular diet. Dr. Anupama advised a diet plan which did not restrict me from eating anything but was balanced. Combined with exercise regime, in 2 weeks time I have reduced 4 kg. I would definitely recommend her to my friends or colleagues!

We liked the Doctors services and knowledge very much. We got the expected weight loss results. We liked the Doctors experience very much. We would definitely recommend her. Dr. Anupama has maintained her clinic very well. The Clinic itself is very neat & tidy and well organised. When I met her, she explained her process in detail and we set realistic goals for me. I was really impressed by her counselling. I have visited other dietitians, but they have never gone to such details to understand my body's special needs. She is very patient and very honest in her replies to my queries. I can say for sure, she is the best doctor I have ever met.

So me and my husband decided to go to her after reading reviews here ..She charged me Rs2500 for consultation. She talked a lot and I was in doubt if my decision was correct to come to this dietician. But I went further. So she checked my weight and height. And prescribed me a diet after 5 days through email.. If you have any query you are not suppose to call her or message her. You can only clear your doubts or queries through email. This is a negative point. This diet need to be followed for 2 weeks and then you will have to go to her again. And you will have to pay 1000rs .. In this 2 weeks she won't even call you and ask about your progress. While the first consultation she said I'm strict.. I'm not going to allow you to take me lightly etc etc. Don't even get encouraged there.She doesn't even care to ask your progress. Or if you are comfortable with you diet etc. it's been 2 months she didn't even care to call or email me or why I didn't revert. So basically she is just doing business and making money without even caring for her customers.. Would never recommend anyone to go here.

To make it short: it was bad.

Not at all flexible doctor. Who out rightly denied to respond to whatsapp or calls or any communication outside the allowed consultation time after you enroll with her.

I bet you can connect to a more friendly and better dietitian to consult than somebody who is arrogant with her work.

I found Dr. Anupama very honest. She helped me to set realistic goals for weight reduction. She made me realize how important it is to be strict with the detailed plan she sent me. I am following it religiously and it has helped me tremendously. I would highly recommend her.

I wanted to make sure my daughter was eating adequately because she was not gaining weight. Dr. Anupama assessed her and gave me a very effective plan. I followed the plan strictly and am now seeing a fantastic result. My daughter now seems much more energetic and full of life! Thank you, Doctor.

Im very satisfied with the treatment given to me, mainly because there was no drastic change in my diet.besides the conversation and co operation helped me to clear my douts. I recomond Dr Anupama to everyone.
