The Clinic is very neat and tidy, located 10 mins from Belapur station. I was experiencing severe tooth ache and visited Radiant Smile for treatment. Being polite and friendly Anil listened to my dental issues carefully and suggested treatment based on that along with the charges which I found quite affordable. The treatment on multiple fillings lasted for two seatings. I never in the process felt even the slightest pain as it was done with such precision (am talking about without anesthesia). The result is EXCELLENT even after months now. Its better to have an appointment prior the visit. I must say Dr. Anil is one of the finest Dentists and is highly recommended to all.

My first dental treatment, secondly stays in zambia where not sure about for such treatments so was bit scared for likely pain during root canal. However eventing went smoothly & without local anesthesia.

I was shattered due to the accident I met & post which my almost all teeth were broken. Tried couple of doctors before coming to this clinic without much hope of any better but thanks to Practo reviews ; i came to this clinic and fortunate enough to be able use my teeth once again. He is superb doing the process on patient and make me understand how and why he did it. ** ** ****** * ** *** ****** ** ***** ** ********* *** I happy the way I got treated there.

Dr. Anil was recommended to me by one of my friend. I was surprised to see such young and dynamic doctor. He was proactive throughout my treatment which went for 2 sittings. He is gentle, clinical and very friendly in his approach. The clinic itself is located very conveniently and esay to find. The clinic is maintained very clean, and ambience is sober. Highly recommended for in and around residents of navi mumbai.

I shall not talk about the service part here because damage in the TRUST is enough for me to walk away from your clinic. The communication tone being used by you with me was loud and highly disrespectful and its futile talking to you as it is not worth to loose my self-respect and dignity, it will only demean me. There can be misunderstandings, there can be conflicts, there can also be differences but being educated and mature enough, there has to be some ***** ********** ** *** social and professional dealings be it gratitude, respect, ethic or basic communication etiquette. I am a rational being and deserves to be treated rationally.

Any entity with great infrastructure may be extremely good but practise without ethics and etiquette will never be able to build up credibility with its customers. My humble request to you is to please practise empathy and gratitude rather than arrogance. Respect your customers. Watch our the kind of language and tone you use to talk to your customer, doesn't bring them any discomfort. Adopting an unprofessional posture and trying to dominate your customers will only make the doctor-patient relationship bad. TRUST is a responsibility and an obligation too.

Sadly, I have experienced this bitter treatment which has been embarrassing and awkward for me at your clinic. Going forward, hope you practise humbleness, gratitude and empathy towards your patient. Most important is to be transparent in your communication and policies just don't end up imposing your decision on your customer.

TRUST * ***** * ********* * EMPATHY - GRATITUDE is must in our practise. We all live in a very small world. What goes around comes around.

Dr. Chauhan is an experienced dentist and it shows in the way he treats the patients. His clinic is well-equipped and updated with modern technologies. He explained my issues really well to me and he also explained the procedures that needed to be undertaken. He is very friendly and has a calm demeanour which helped me a lot throughout the treatment.

Since a visit to the dental clinic is a challenge for me,comfort during treatment and professional attitude of the doctor is commendable.
