Patient fail to do follow up in this case which was advised.At the time of admission & discharge patient had been explained about risk and complicated nature of her condition & about the possibility of incomplete abortion.it is known medical condition.Remaining tissues after D & C is a fairly common occurrence for which futher examination & action is needed. This patient was offered all care as per the standard protocols. But patient did not do any follow up with us further & chose to go to other hospital. Hence, whatever this patient has written here is false & misleading. We are committed to serve patients with ethics & standard of care.
