1- Explained a complex medical problem in a patient - friendly way.2- I underwent the surgery with full confidence on him .3- He counselled me about the outcome of the surgery . So I was absolutely prepared for what to expect .4- This was an extremely painful surgery but his excellent pain management ways helped me sail through this with minimal pain.5- I am sharing this experience 3 weeks post surgery . Following his advice I'm recovering well enough. 6- He is a polite, soft-spoken gentleman and this adds to his charisma as a surgeon.
Dr Sai patiently heard and understood the symptoms. His diagnosis was immediate and accurate, however, he still advised an MRI to be thorough. He took his time to clearly explain the course of treatment. Really helps the patient when their doctor is calm & empathetic, a great deal of stress reduces and sometimes even physical pain seems bearable if your doctor is confident of your recovery. Thank you doctor.
The Appointment was for me it was regarding my ankle issue I wanted to check If everything is fine or not. Got the appointment through Practo very quickly it was very fast but the doctor arrived 20mins late that's not an issue. Everything was very good actually I am perfectly fine now the treatment was world class I am very much satisfied. I would definitely recommend the doctor to others .
Had a very bad experience at P L Hinduja Hospital.My appointment was booked at 5.30 pm and reached the hospital at 5.15 pm as informed. Due to some other emergencies at the doctor's end, I was told there are 2 other patients prior to me.I was on wheel chair with a high grade complete pcl tear. When informed I can't sit for so long on a wheel chair and kindly provide me a place to stretch my legs, the assistant doctor angrily asked when I am being so rude. Then later asked me to stay or leave if I want to as there would only attend me after all the other patients. This is not how you talk to any patient knowing the severity of the injury. Stay or leave is the way you talk!
I had been to the hospital and consulted the doctor as I had shoulder pain. ****** *** ****. I would like to recommend this doctor to my family and friends. Tablets were prescribed by the doctor. MRI was done. There was waiting time in the hospital. Physiotherapy was suggested.
