I remember there was one time when I was not smiling at all, I was only crying and overthinking all the time but when I started my sessions with Ms Sadaf parkar ma'am, everything changed! I consulted Ms. Sadaf regarding my anxiety issues. She was extremely friendly, patient and a good listener. We worked together on solving issues I struggled with and she made made all complex problems in my mind easier to tackle. Her approach was structured and easy to understand, also I found it quite easy to communicate with her. The counselling sessions worked wonders with my issues and I am glad I found a good counsellor.
