Overall it was a great experience with Sadaf Mam. She is very much friendly, Supportive Person who helped me to identify my exact issue, difficulties, obstacles and also helped me to overcome them. She has always put extra efforts to help me in each and every issue I shared with her. She's a Trustworthy person and I was a lot comfortable to share my each and every issue and everytime she helped me out.

All that councelling sessions with Sadaf Mam has helped me to a larger extent. :)

I remember there was one time when I was not smiling at all, I was only crying and overthinking all the time but when I started my sessions with Ms Sadaf parkar ma'am, everything changed! She is so friendly and I was so comfortable to share everything with her. She used to give me tasks which helped me a lot. I want to thank ma'am for helping me out and making me smile like before.❤️

I consulted Ms. Sadaf regarding my anxiety issues. She was extremely friendly, patient and a good listener. We worked together on solving issues I struggled with and she made made all complex problems in my mind easier to tackle. Her approach was structured and easy to understand, also I found it quite easy to communicate with her. The counselling sessions worked wonders with my issues and I am glad I found a good counsellor.

The doctor was very friendly and did not judge me for my problem and encouraged me to open up. I'm normally not good with new people but she made me feel at ease. I felt comfortable and safe speaking to her.

Ms Sadaf is excellent counselor with regards to psychological issues. She understands the root cause of the problem and has techniques to resolve them effectively..
