Hi! Thanks for your feedback. It only makes me think that inspite of mentioning clearly IN PRINT, (which is given to you as a hard copy) and explained at least twice over, people fail to comprehend and understand. And since you have given a feedback, at least be honest enough to mention the complete facts. You did not mention that you started getting decent new hair growth within a quarter. Also, before starting your treatment a baseline computerised hair analysis was done. The number of sessions required for your treatment have been clearly mentioned to you (You can refer your case paper). You havent even completed half the number of sessions which were required in the stipulated time. Also inspite of mentioning clearly in your visits you will need maintenance medicines and applications, you did not want to start any medicines Regarding the feedbacks : I would like to mention that as you have the right to give a feedback, so do others. As of current scenario and to my knowledge practo verifies every feedback given. If we were at liberty to manipulate the feedbacks then your feedback also wouldnt be visible. Strangely, you do not mention in your feedback that you had visible hair growth in empty areas. Also that the number of sessions and the duration have been clearly mentioned. You can check out your prescription when the treatment options were explained and the entire treatment protocol, duration clearly explained to you. If you do not have it then we can mail that prescription to you. (Dont worry, we cannot manipulate it). Had we not been bound by professional ethics I could have shared it on this platform. I can only say that we as qualified doctors can treat and guide, but cannot satisfy unrealistic expectations or misconceptions or non compliance.
