I and my husband (who was my boyfriend then) reached out to Swapna when we were going through the lowest phase of our relationship. We had called off our wedding and there were major unresolvable issues between us. We had been in relationship for more than 5 years at that time and about 80% of that time was long distance. We were neither able to resolve our issues nor go our separate ways. Helpless we started searching for counselling help in our area and found 3 counsellors. Out of the 3, Swapna had the best reviews and after reading those, we decided to give counselling a try, our last resort to sort out things.

Swapna made us go through psychometric assessment in which we discovered about our nature and beliefs. At that time my husband was also diagnosed with clinical depression. Then we had counselling sessions, sometimes individual and at other times couple sessions to discuss concerns and understand each other better. Slowly and steadily over a period of 5 to 6 months we started seeing improvement in our mental attitude, started accepting each other’s differences and got more confident about each other. Through counselling and proper advice my husband was able to convince his family positively. After 10 months we got married and received the blessings of our parents. After marriage we did face some adjustment issues but were able to work our way through them through counselling. We are very much in love with each other, the way we were when we first met. In all this we always feel as if God directed us to go to Swapna. Her services are highly recommended to all those in despair or needing psychological or emotional help.

Mine was a case of a typical, depression ridden young adult who had no clue in life. Meeting swapna ma’am was a quick decision and one the best ones. Her empathetic non judgemental approach towards me helped me open up and talk about issues I hadn’t said aloud. She used an integrative approach of therapies knowing what would help me. From skills education to confrontation she has done it all. I have worked on multiple interpersonal problems depression, relationship with parents etc. Her supportive nature has been a light. Plus, one thing that was not mentioned was the extra amount of money she would ask for. She did 1 personality test for which she took 2500rs. Just for 1 pen and paper test. That was quite a lot. And one medicine (batch remedy) for 1000rs. Honestly, after the first session only, I felt too much of stress.

I, Tubel John, started meeting Swapna M Nadgauda after being diagnosed with schizophrenia. When i initially met her, I was in a bad shape psychologically. It's been almost an year now, and I have to say that she helped me turn my life around with patience, empathy and competence.
