Hello, first of all, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for the exceptional care and support that, Dr. Renu Ma'am and her entire team provided during my prehab sessions following my ACL injury. Her expertise and guidance were exceptional in preparing my leg for surgery and regaining my confidence, and I couldn't be more grateful for the progress we achieved in just 10 sessions.

Not only did she provide me with thorough instructions and exercises, but her friendly nature made each session enjoyable and motivating. Her willingness to engage in normal conversations beyond the therapy sessions created a comfortable environment, which I truly appreciated.

Doctor understood the problem well. We have been to many doctors and many types of treatment for this ailment in past 20 years. She also explained the reasons for an ailment which was on since 20 yrs.

Also referred to a good Rheumatologist.

I went to her with a 4 yr old shoulder injury caused due to muscle tear n restricted movement.. I have already had around 4-5 rounds of 10 -12 sessions with different physiotherapists but did not had any significant improvement

Dr. Renu was quick to my rescue and her knowledge of the subject is commendable.. she kept on tweaking my treatment throughout multiple sessions with her as per my discomfort and pain level.. I’ve had significant improvement in the 10 sessions with her with complete movement of my arm after 4 long years

The professional approach and understanding of the problem and then steadily working around it to ensure I was able to do the exercises without making me feel uncomfortable. As a result I have started seeing improvement in my shoulder.

I came across the post at their official fb page about slipped disc and I was sure I am going through it. In d very first meeting itself Dr. Renu explained me the pain and d reason for the same. When I started, my pain was as such where in I was not even able to stand and today I can definitely say I am much better that I can even walk. I am delighted tot be at this place 'Aum Health and Wellness'. As the name suggests, this place is full of vibrations and genuinely works towards wellbeing of the mankind.

I suffered from prolapsed disc L3 L4 in Mid July 2017 and was advised to undergo physiotherapy by the orthopedic surgeon. It was difficult to find a good centre for this purpose but I found this place online and within a few sittings of physiotherapy I started feeling better. Within 2 weeks I am relieved of 85 percent . She made me aware that most of the problems can be rectified thru proper posture and Pilates. It’s tough to follow her instructions but the result justifies everything. I have started enjoying life again.
