She has been our go-to saviour…be it in the early diagnosis & assistance in managing my BP just before my trip abroad or the prompt guidance in treating my wife in times of real need…

I was unable to hold water in my mouth for gargling. Water was coming from one side of my mouth. So I visited Dr. Rashmi and with in 15 seconds, she has identified that I have facial palsy. She has prescribed some medicine and with in 10 days time, now I am able to hold water in my mouth.

Dr Rashmi Singh is an outstanding family doctor. I am pleased to write this unsolicited recommendation out of my gratitude for her. I have been under her care for a few days for Dengue Fever. I can confidently say that she is one of the most compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated medical professionals I have ever encountered.

From the first consultation, Dr Rashmi impressed me with her warm and empathetic demeanour. She creates a comfortable and welcoming environment, which immediately puts patients at ease. Her genuine concern for the patient's well-being is evident in every interaction, and she always take the time to listen attentively to any concerns or questions.

We had an emergency at home, on 23 Aug 2019, my wife developed very severe drug reaction to a medicine she consumed. She had taken the medicine in the past and had no problems. Within 30 minutes she complained of severe itching, rashes developed all over her body. I called Dr Rashmi and explained the situation. Doctor asked us me to give her Avil/ Citizine. I did the same, however since the reaction was severe the patient started to have swelling of her face , lips and fingers. The body was red and itchy. The patient complained of breathlessness and I also observed her finger tips turning blue and her tongue too. I called Dr Rashmi, she was outside on some personal work, she immediately asked me to bring my wife to her clinic a 10 minute drive away from home. By the time I reached she was there at her clinic and was ready to treat her.

She administered the required antidotes in form of injections and also through IV. What was most comforting was her reassurance to the patient , who was in a state of panic and the family. Dr Rashmi was very composed, she new exactly the line of treatment to be administered and was very methodical in her approach. We were at the clinic for more than an hour and half and she monitored her very closely during that time. Once Dr Rashmi was satisfied about the progress she asked us to go home and call her up if there is anything abnormal. Luckily for us ( the treatment administered) things had fallen in place and my wife the patient had recovered.

The incident happened at around 4 pm. Dr Rashmi called me around 9 pm to check how the patient was doing. I really appreciate Dr Rashmi concern to check back.

I would like to salute Dr Rashmi, for her prompt treatment, putting patient before self, thereby rushing to the clinic and, the treatment administered in a calm and composed manner. More so the reassurance to the patient and the family that everything is under control and the patient would be fine was a great relief to all of us.

Her prescription on the letter head mentions three words viz , Commitment, Compassion and Cure , which she truly demonstrated.

I would like to recommend her to all my friends and acquaintances. And in turn their friends and acquaintances too , so as to spread the word around about this great Doctor. We are lucky to have truly found a wonderful doctor in Dr Rashmi. I wish her all the good luck in her practice.

I took my mom to Rashmi Mam. she was a very friendly doctor, our problem was a bit serious, so she suggested us to another doctor and trust me, that doctor was also very good and experienced doctor and affordable. She is always helping her patients what’s best she will provide that .Thanku Mam❤️

Dr. Rashmi has been an incredible support for me as the go-to-person for any health related issues. She is extremely patient friendly and takes personal interest to diligently follow-up with her patients on the treatment prescribed and ensure her patients are well attended to. In the most recent incident, I fell ill with Dengue fever and she was able to promptly help get it correctly diagnosed and comforted me with the right course of treatment (with personal proactive follow-ups), leading to me regaining my regular health in no time. Highly recommend her!

Dr Rashmi Agrawal is a caring doctor whose interest in her patients goes much beyond the 10 minute consultation and a prescription. She is genuinely interested in the wellbeing and ensures they get the best health care.

She has attended to both my parents who are quite aged. She is very patient with them and takes keen interest not just their treatment but also their broader health welfare.

On 30th Oct 2023 morning around 4.30 am i had acute feeling ofdizziness. Even changing sides on bed caused dizziness and spinning of head. I called Dr Rashmi Agarwal at the early hours . First Doctor advised to check BP and SPO2 and sugar and let her know. We reported the same to her. Within no time she reached our home despite morning odd hours. She examined my situation and diagonosed my condition as BPPV. She gave me some tablets and helped me in doing some small phisio act on bed itself. It gave me good relief. She is very caring and concerned human being. She is very experienced and gives good treatment and follows up on phone for guidance and monitoring patients condition. For our family she is God in disguise.

My grandmother, who is 84 years and stays in Roorkee, Uttrakhand had high fever for couple of days. We e-Consulted with Dr. Rashmi Agarwal who immediately recommended doing dengue, malaria and complete blood test. This helped diagnose dengue before my grandmother's platelets falling down. She further recommended regular supplements for the patient and constantly monitored the patient's vitals. As a result, my grandmother recovered and had a normal platelet count in a week's time.
