I my daughter admitted in Samarth Clinic for Hepatitis and she was hospitalized for around a few days. I would like to place on record the excellent courteous hospitality of the staff. Much to my surprise they organized a cake cutting birthday ceremony for my daughter and i was simply moved by this kind gesture! Dr Mukul Thorat is a very nice gentleman and inspite of his hectic schedule, he ensures adequate doses of TLC to his patients....God Bless Him🙏🏻
Dr Mukul Thorat is a very professional and thorough Gentleman. I visited him for taking opinion on post covid Chest CT. He made my nerve calm by examining and explaining the CT. I hope I will be recovered very soon.

Good facilities and Dr gave time even though he was busy . I recommend this hospital for chest related issues.
Had the most horrible experience. **** ****** ***** ***** ***** ********** *** ***** *** ********** ** * ******* *** ** ****** hospital lacks even the most basic facilities, they don't even have paracetamol available and make relatives go buy it from outside in the middle of the night when the patient suddenly develops fever. They charge you for even the cloth they use to clean the patient's bed. The nursing staff is not cooperative at all, they are rude and ignore whatever you try to ask. They manhandled the patient leading to extreme discomfort. The doctor hardly gives any time and doesn't even answer relative's queries and concerns. They do not feed the patient on time, do not clean the bed/room, do not give medicines on time. Once the patient monitor got disconnected and we kept calling them to see what is wrong as it was beeping, they weren't even bothered enough to look, instead were getting angry at us for "disturbing" them. The doctor got angry because a relative who is a doctor spoke to him and asked all details about patient's condition which he wasn't conveying to us, as the patient kept worsening and his only comment every single day would be "No no, she's fine" A relative who used to stay the night with the patient just asked the nursing staff for the tv remote and they told him to take it from the drawer. He did and the next day the doctor came screaming in the patient's room telling us to "Get lost and how dare you touch my drawer" He was yelling at a critical patient at the top of his voice in an extremely disrespectful way. They basically removed the patient from the hospital in a critical state, without even removing the nasogastric tube and catheter which had been inserted. The patient was completely unconscious with no control over bladder and bowel and no one over there even helped us out to atleast clean the patient and take her to the ambulance. And he refused to give the discharge summary and papers. The patient drastically worsened and it cost us a fortune. Be careful about choosing your doctors, **** ** *** *** *** *** ***** ***** ****** ** ******** *** ***** ******* *** ** ****
