She gave proper instructions to me, encouraging me when there was an improvement. She handled my hand in a very delicate manner increasing the motion of my muscles over a period of time. She used to explain in detail when there was a change in the exercises or the reasoning behind my pain in the shoulder or the corresponding arm. She also identified my stiff muscles accurately and gave precise pressure on the stiff muscles to release the tension on them due to prolonged inactivity.
