I have been suffering from neck pain, shoulder pain , neck and shoulder stiffness for more than 4 months now. Doctors call it muscle spasm. Stiffness and pain forced me to take a long leave from office. It was due to posture and every IT engg had to face such postural problem like me. My life was disturbed as I was always in pain. It was so unbearable that I had consulted several doctors / physiotherapists and orthopaedics who all had suggested ways to "manage" pain. No one was really cared how to get rid of pain completely.

Finally I stumbled upon Dr Chandrashekhar Pardeshi's website and google page. I was so impressed by google reviews that I immediately came to Nashik all the way from pune. There are many acupuncture specialist in pune but no one seemed to be so expert like Dr. Pardeshi.

In the first visit itself my pain and stiffness was reduced by approximately 30%. I was really naive about acupuncture and never ever experienced it. This therapy is absolutely painless. No medicines, no massage, no oils and no fancy therapies. After second and third visit, my pain was reduced by 80%. Tightness and neck pain was disappeared. Only little bit shoulder pain was there.

Now I am going for fourth visit after almost 2 weeks. In this period I have worked daily for 8 hours on computer. I have done driving and all other activities that I used to do earlier. My pain is almost gone, only few cramps and pain beside shoulder blades. I am sure this will also go away. I am feeling so energetic and relaxed now. All the credit goes to Dr. Pardeshi and his experience in acupuncture.

Apart from therapy, he also advised me to do meditation which I am doing. I am so blessed to get treated by him and I wish him all the best.
