Bed rest bcoz I couldn't walk or even stand. After that incident my both legs where very slim with no fats and no strength they were very weak and being a 6 feet 3 inch guy and I had a lot of weight it took me a year to walk normally I was suggested a physiotherapy but I ignored it went for 2 days thought I'll do it home. I didn't do it. It been now 2 years since the accident I have a lower back pain since 10months I went to the see my doctor he said to do a xray and after that he said it's normal and gave me some tablets it didn't solve my problem. Still had a lot of pain no improvement. One day I thought of seeing a physiotherapist on practo was just going through the doctor and I use it for my dad his doctor suggested the app. I saw doctor Tushar on top for physiotherapy in nashik with top rating and then I started reading comments. Back pain was quite a regular issue for me but never gave a serious thought about it until it aggravated after a jerk in lower back. And eventually landed in Ortho clinic who gave painkillers with some instructions and restrictions.

However mind still had lot many queries mainly with regard to issues related to back pain which I could face in long run and then I visited Dr Dhatrak who not only explained the possible reasons for regular back pain but also gave tips related to care about lower back pain during my first consultation. Thereafter i took physiotherapy sessions for a week at his clinic and I could feel the results within 24 hours. His main focus is to increase your inner strength which I guess is most important thing in long run... 👍

I went to Dr. Tushar Dhatrak initially for my upper back pain but after my first visit I also got to know that I even got Cervical Spondylosis(initial stage). He explained me about both of issues patiently and what needs to be done. Now after 10 days of treatment both of my problems are solved and I'm very satisfied with the result. Lastly, the staff is also well behaved and friendly.
