more..I booked the appointment but the doctor was not present, the clinic was locked.The opening time was 11AM and I waited there. I tried calling, the call didn't go through.If the doctor was not supposed to be available, I believe it should have been communicated before the booking of the appointment, if not atleast after the booking.
