I was very pleased with my experience at Doctors Care. I can be a hard critic of emergency care places and the people employed by them. Combine that attitude with an innate crankiness when I’m not feeling at all well and the result can be much less than pleasant. This time (My first time at Dr. Roy ENT Clinic) was a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. When I say the doctor and all the other employees of the Dr. Roy Clinic made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me smile when I left, then you can believe they are the best. I am truly grateful and won’t get that awful feeling of dread the next time I get sick and am unable to see my own physician. I appreciated their follow-up and willingness to answer questions also. I would definitely let know all my friends and family to visit Dr. Roy for any problems related to Ear Nose and Throat. There is no better feeling than being treated with lots of care and all the queries being solved from time to time which makes you more relaxed while taking the treatment. A big thank you to the doctor for utmost care and the awesome treatment. I'm feeling much better now and quite relived. I would only say that guys dont look anywhere else for your ENT related treatments and just head towards Dr. Roy ENT Clinic to get your treatment done with world class facility and the best doctor in the city

I was in Pune and cold troubled me a lot even i cannot pay attention to my work for more than 30 seconds as need to clean my nose .Now its 2nd day after this Nasal water flowing and i am in in position to concentrate on anything and even cannot sleep .Someone advised me may be by taking rest it would not get cured so anyway i decided there advice is right as i had done already all what was possible to drink hot water ,wear warm clothes but nothing was yielding result .At this point of time i was thinking i am runner who does everyday 7km run and today i am just delaying to just half km away .Finally i went to Dr.Roy clinic at Trimurti chowk Nashik in morning from crowd available i understood doctor seems to be good .Sat there but my health condition did not allow me to sit and even wait for 15 minutes i came back and slept but i informed them i will come in evening .Now 2nd time evening i was lucky to sit wait and finally met doctor .I amazed at his introductory welcome .Finally he asked me in detail about my allergic nose issue .As he said to me there will be short term treatment which will cure you immediate but to get rid of this issue meet me after 5 days .So narrating so long this my story the point is he is the person to whom i met and felt he gives right advice and treatment which has given me immense satisfaction .With medicines prescribed by him and gods grace i am fine now to concentrate and enjoy life .Surely Doctors like him is blessings for us as well .Thanks for serving with compassion ,love and respecting human values .I am again thankful to fit me up .

Dr.Roy explained well about the Nasal issue I was facing and suggested me medicine course to be taken, once the course will get complete I will be able to provide exact feedback of treatment.Dr. Roy seems experienced and knowledgeable doctor and was polite.He believes in latest technology and uses it as well.I recommend he must also have OPD at Gangapur road,Nashik area in evening time.Medicines are bit expensive but I believe they must be giving good results.I recommend if he can have Debit/credit card payment facility in clinic it will be great.

Many Thanks to Dr Roy , I'm fortunate to have met him , an expert at what he does and as humble a busy doctor can be . His expertise is highly recommended as I was suffering from nasal congestion and a sore throat and what a relief after months of suffering with my throat and nasal discomfort. Hats off , the way he executes and switches his operandi to the right level for every patient who visits him.

Dr. Roy is really nice. My 2 year old daughter had a bead stuck in her nose. We were very scared .He handled the girl very nicely. Thank you Dr. Thank you very much Sir

Dr. Roy actually sets an example of how a doctor should be. He is clear, precise and knows exactly what is to be done. He makes his patients comfortable and helps them understand what has happened and what needs to be done to fix it.Thank you so much Dr Roy. 🙏🏻😊

I booked an online appointment on practo but the timing wasn't honoured as I ended up going in almost an hour past my scheduled time.

I was diagnosed for inflammation in the larynx, suggested and underwent an endoscopy, received my medication list both at the clinic and on e-mail (which, incidentally was most helpful).

The doctor was cordial, expeditious yet gave enough time to explain his diagnosis and suggested medication.

This was my fist visit to dr Roy. I went to him with a long standing ear problem.

He was so warm and understanding. He identified the problem in the first visit and has treated me perfectly.he operated my ear after a week and it's been 3months. Now I'm totally fine.

I highly recommend Dr Roy for any Ent problem.
