Kindly understand that we get people who come for briefing the patient's case history..there on our charges are 500/- but when we go for psychotherapy and counselling, our charges are different. As we provide therapy support and also it usually takes more than an hour's time. In your case Mr Pandav madam was in therapy for almost 2 hours with the patient.
