The doctor was not available to see me. The receptionist said madam(Doctor) did not confirm the appointment. After we showed her the text confirmation and said we had a forwarding appointment then only the receptionist said madam( Doctor) lives far away and will reach by 7pm. The confirmed appointment was for 6pm. The receptionist then called the doctor who said she was busy with a procedure and couldn't help and kept the phone done. A terrible experience as no time keeping and then no apologies or further solution to solve this.

Very bad experience. My wife is pregnant and Dr Vineta Agrawal said that she is suffering from Jaundice but later when we consulted from other doctors, there was no such problem found. She even suggested some medicines, **** ***** **** ****** **** ******** Thank god! We consulted other doctors.

Doctor was rude. Patient already comes with problems..doctor should listen carefully and try to understand problem. Patient can have multiple questions to ask. Doctor should be able to listen to them calmly n answer. Doctor seems in a hurry to get to the next patient.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

I visited to Dr Vinita agrawal to ensure pregnancy for my wife on 21 Sep 2017. She prescribed some medicines including TWO IV FCM INJECTIONS (COST AROUND RS 5000) and some blood tests.she

Told to take all medicines properly including IV FCM INJECTIONS WEEKLY AND Follow up visit after 15 days.my wife took all medicines properly including IV FCM INJECTIONS WEEKLY and my wife visited again just after 15 days with blood test reports. haemoglobin was 7.5 and thyroid was diagnosed.my wife asked not to improve haemoglobin then Dr replied your Harmons are not balanced due to thyroid problem and now take medicines of thyroid and again take TWO IV FCM INJECTIONS .It mean my money around Rs 5000 +2000 wasted ******* ** ** ********* ***** *** **** ** *** ***** ***** **** *** ****** ********* ************* ****** *** ** *********** *** ******* **** *** ***** ** ********* *** ******* ******** *********

very helpful and friendly by nature.half problem is solved by her sweet natur and remaining by medicine.this is 7month pregnancy for my wife and we meet with doctor vinita.after first meeting we came in comfort zone.please mam guide us with your experience and help.

First Doctor I have ever met who is so caring, giving proper and satisfying answer of not only problem but for Medicine also, very much focus to the solution. Since we are living out side India she was happily agree to extend HER support on ph also. I highly recommend Ms. Vinita doctor.

I didn't found her answer helpful as it was just a big "NO" without any explanation or further hopes that a patient expects from a doctor. Not a single suggestion for treatment. Today science has been developed so high, she could have rather shown me some ways rather than a NO........
