I contacted Dr. via Practo app and she picked up call and asked me to visit her clinic at 1:30 , after my check up they asked for consulting fee of RS 400/- , but here on practo it shows 250/- for clinic visit . I don't

I contacted Dr. via Practo app and she picked up call and asked me to visit her clinic at 1:30 , after my check up they asked for consulting fee of RS 400/- , but here on practo it shows 250/- for clinic visit . I don't know who's mistake is this but why should a patient suffer from this app and doctor problem. the receptionist told me that this app has nothing to do with doctor , then why she picked my call from in the first place .
