Very professional. I was immediately put to ease, and i suppose that's the best quality you can have in an urologist because of the "stigmatized" nature of the complaints here. The doctor's a good listener, gives you enough time and then counsels you for as much as you need counselling. No unnecessary tests were ordered and the diagnosis was made in a pretty linear and logical way. Punctuality is another thing I liked in this clinic and the appointment-making process is efficient.
