My father had been suffering from knee pain for years together. He was on pain killers for many years but without any significant improvement in symptoms. He was even advised to undergo knee replacement surgery for which he was getting mentally prepared. Recently he started having pain in the foot joint for which we consulted Dr Shiva Prasad sir. He was empathetic, did the minimal required investigations came to the diagnosis of polyarticular gout and started treatment immediately. Now my father is almost free from joint pain and we can see smile on his face. We are grateful to him.
