She listens to patients with calmness. She explained the background of the problem, good observations she made. She is totally interesting to interact and to she is quite comfort to discuss the problems.
She is insisting to do lab test within his clinic only, we asked can we get it done outside and will get reports, but she told I won't see if you do it outside. Felt vey bad she is not service minded. And in Practo consultation fee is 150 but asked to pay 200 and we paid 200...
