In which even though I have language problem, Dr. Praveen S Alavandi Sir performed cataract surgery very well with new technology and facilities without any kind of problem. I was completely dissatisfied with my visit. I had to wait for 1.5 hours till I could see the Doctor. The refraction and test procedures took longer than required. The Doctor did not actually address my concern about pain due to contact lens use. He was only trying to sell me a refraction corrective surgery and told me that I am 'suffering' if I continue to wear glasses and contact lenses.
