I am following up for my treatment from past 5 years ,I am satisfied with the treatment. But every time it is very difficult to get appointment on time. Even though I get appointment waiting time is too long. After all these difficulties this time after consulting doctor when I gone through my prescription sheet I was really astonished to see that my name and other patient details like Age , Weight and Lab results were changed in prescription sheet . My name was Ayesha and I got treatment of Rashmi Its just because of negligence my prescription itself was changed and I got treatment and suggestion of other patient. If I had not referred the details of my prescription sheet just imagine the consequences .

Waiting period is really bad. No point in taking appointments and going all the way from Bengaluru for the treatment. Atleast 2 to 3 hrs need to wait. Advance appointment have to be taken a week before which is of no wor

Advance appointment have to be taken a week before which is of no worth if we have to wait for 3 hrs. Except waiting period we are satisfied with doctor's treatment. Hope some action will be taken on this.
