Doctor Jyothi shree mam is very friendly and approachable for patients who are sensitive. I took my mom for root cannal treatment.....she has taken good care of her during and after treatment.

Doctor and staffs are not responding properly. we waited for more than 2.5 hrs at clinic. it's very frustrating and loss of time. please double-check before taking appointment.

I arrived at Whyte Dental seeking a simple cleaning and cosmetic whitening. They seemed to use the opportunity to explain how terrible were a veneer and crown in my mouth, and how both needed replacing. I said I was only in India for another week and did not think there was enough time, and I didn't want to spend my remaining week in the dentist chair. I was assured there was plenty of time to do the replacement procedures, the process would not be painful at all, and it wouldn't even be time-consuming. Fast forward one week later. Only minutes before departing Mysore, I found myself in the dentist chair for the eighth hour of the week, in pain, and with discolored and poorly fitting front teeth that had been improperly prepared (twice) by their laboratory. They makeshifted color change in their office and said all would be fine (the day before I traveled). When I called and then came to their office on that last day I was assured (lied to) that the terrible discolorations were a temporary result of the process and the color would be perfect within 2-3 days (conveniently after my Indian visa expired and my flight took me home to the other side of the world). When the teeth remained discolored after much time lapsed, they refused to answer communications, determine a solution, or refund my money so I could seek expensive and painful help elsewhere. As they knew from the very beginning, I am unable to travel back to Mysore for at least a year, and even then, I would not trust this company again. I am left with horribly discolored teeth. This has affected my looks, my smile, my self-esteem, my pocketbook, and more. Be very careful of these so-called professionals and any services they perform or promises they make.

She needs to work on the respect to the patient, it includes timing (I waited 2.5 hours), while my checking there was not intimacy *** ****** *** *** ******** she was disturbed several times by nurses(completely unrespectful service), * **** *** *** *** ****** *** **** ********** During the take of exam I was naked and they open the door several times exposing me to other people around. Always saying sorry but continuing the behaviour. I felt there is nobody in charge. Cahotic place.

Doctor didn’t visit and didn’t even inform. We went there and doctor wasn’t there and they asked us to visit again tomorrow without prior notice.
