Visited Dr. L V Vanitha (Gynecologist)
I travelled three hrs from home to consult Dr Vanitha, Gynecologist, regarding my worsening PCOS condition. Despite informing her of my existing PCOS and deterioration of my condition, and my concern about starting family planning, she told me to undergo ultrasound and thyroid tests. but she didn’t provide any explanation regarding my test results nor did she offer any advices into why my symptoms had worsened or what preventative measures I should take to alleviate them. She sums up the report saying I have PCOS, which I had already informed her about. Additionally, she displayed rudeness and not listening to patient. While I understand that she many have numerous patients, but it is unacceptable for her to disregard patient concerns and she should prioritize quality patient care over maximizing their patient load ****** *** ********* *****

Time of doctor consulatation mentioned in practo app is totally wrong. Even apollo help line team is clueless about the timing. Please note Doctor will visit Monday to Saturday from 10AM to 2PM and 4PM to 6PM. Call the hospital for confirmation, sometimes there could be a delay.
